  • Why does Claude refuse to load even on a US IP?

    Anthropic blocks many datacenter ASNs. Try a residential IP, or a hosting provider that isn't in their blocklist (Vultr, Linode often work; AWS us-east-1 is hit-or-miss).

  • Is Claude available in the EU?

    Partial. France and Germany have access; some other EU countries are restricted.
