Frequently asked questions
How long does the full test take?
Around 4-5 seconds on a typical connection, since probes run in parallel with 6 concurrent workers. If a site times out it adds up to 8 seconds per probe.Does the test send my data to a server?
No. All measurement happens in your browser. The only outbound requests are the same requests your browser would make anyway (e.g. fetching a favicon to test reachability).Can I customize the targets?
Not yet. The default set is curated. Custom domains and saved test profiles are on the roadmap.
