Snapp (snapp.ir) is Iran's largest ride-hailing platform, similar to Uber. The driver app, rider app, map tiles, and surge-pricing engine all assume an Iranian IP. International users (Iranians abroad wanting to call a ride for family, or testers) see a blank map and the app refuses to locate them.

Can I use Snapp from outside Iran?
