Terms of service

By using IPCombo you agree to the following. Plain English where possible.

Acceptable use

  • Don't try to overload the site — no scripting, scraping, or automated bulk use without our written permission.
  • Don't probe the Worker API faster than its per-IP rate limit (240 requests per minute for IP echo).
  • Don't use the share feature to host content that violates any law, infringes a copyright, or is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
  • Don't try to reverse-engineer the diagnostic to bypass it on other people's services.

The service

IPCombo provides a free, browser-based network diagnostic. The diagnostic is provided as-is. We do our best to make it accurate, but we can't guarantee every probe reflects your real network — proxies, NAT, captive portals, browser extensions, and ad-blockers can all affect what a probe sees.

No warranty

The diagnostic is informational. It is not a substitute for your proxy provider's logs, your ISP's published policies, or professional security advice. Don't make irreversible decisions (like closing a bank account) based on the output of a single probe.

Intellectual property

The IPCombo name, logo, and source code are ours. The 45 service names and trademarks belong to their respective owners — we use them nominatively to identify what we're testing. Reachability results and your diagnostic output are yours.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPCombo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at USD 100 (the most we could have charged you, since the service is free).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts. If you're a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory protections your local law gives you.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we'll bump the Last-updated date at the top and post a note in the changelog. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
